Crossroads Christian School and Tyrone First Baptist Church are sponsoring a Free 2 Hour Self-Defense Seminar this Saturday May 9 at 1 p.m. at Tyrone First Baptist Church. This hands-on seminar will be presented by Mr. Eric Lunsford, Owner and Chief Instructor of the Fayette Academy of Martial Arts. Basic self-defense techniques will be taught to men and women over the age of 14. Although the seminar is free, Pre-Registration is required because of the limited space available.
