Caleb Chase Moffat, 26, Peachtree City, died April 23, 2009. He was born March 17, 1983 in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The family moved to the United States in August, 1995. His dream was a career in professional hockey and his hockey journey took him to the four corners of North America in the minor professional leagues of Canada and the United States.

A memorial service was at Southside Church, Peachtree City. He was the beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin of his father, Craig Moffat, mother, Cheryl Hayter Moffat, sister, Tawny, grandparents, Norma Moffatt and the late Calvin Moffat, Kincardine, Ontario, Canada, and Bryan and Margaret Hayter, Guelph. Ontario, Canada. Memorial donations may be made to the Shepherd Hospital, Atlanta. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
