FYI** The way Georgia estimates FMV on residenal property is old and out dated and should replaced. The county's have used FMV to raise taxes without increasing the M rate. Most people never notice the increase because it is paid out of their escrow account,and when they do most just bitch about it and take no action. When you file a complant
in most cases the county will reduce your FMV. It reminds me of a car dealer that gives you a better price and you still get the shaft.
Don't just set there let them know how you feel
