A suspect in four Peachtree City burglaries, and another four attempted burglaries there, has been arrested, police said.

Trevor Deshane Jones was arrested by Carroll County deputies Monday afternoon when he went to a previous residence to check his mail, police said.

Fingerprints tie Jones to the scene of a burglary in the Planterra Ridge subdivision, police said. He had been sought for questioning for two weeks preceding the arrest.

Jones is also wanted for multiple outstanding warrants from Cobb County, Carroll County and Gwinnett County for unrelated charges, police said. Officers in Coweta County and other metro police agencies are also looking into Jones for other related burglaries and attempted burglaries, police said.
