Harold G. Ramsey

Harold G. Ramsey, Peachtree City, formerly of Stockbridge, died March 31, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ramsey. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of North Henry Baptist Church in Stockbridge. He was a member of the Tyrone Masonic Lodge #644, F&AM, where he was a past chaplain and a Masonic Home Ambassador, and a member of the Scottish Rite and the Yaarab Temple. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Stan Jordan and the Rev. Bob Tyler officiating.

Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens with the Tyrone Masonic Lodge in charge of graveside services. Survivors include a son, Ronald G. and Melinda Ramsey, Lawrenceville; a daughter, Lisa and Mark McKinnon-Miller, Peachtree City; grandchildren, Jason and Shawna McKinnon, and Courtney and Dan Bremer, and Avery Miller, all of Peachtree City, and Jarrett Ramsey and Carmen Ramsey, both of Lawrenceville; and great-grandchildren, Collin McKinnon, Abby Bremer, and Landyn McKinnon, all of Peachtree City. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
