Angel Food orders taken April 11
The Branches Community Church, host site for Angel Food Ministries, will take orders for boxes of food Saturday, April 11, from 10 a.m. until noon. The cost is $30 and payment may be made by cash, money order or food stamps. Pick up will be Saturday, April 18, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Orders also are taken online at www.angelfoodministries.com with payment by debit or credit card. The church is at 282 Ga. Hwy. 314, Suite B, Fayetteville.

Holocaust Remembrance set for April 19
On Sunday April 19, Congregation B’nai Israel in Fayetteville will host the annual Yom Hashoah program with Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church. The Holocaust Remembrance Day Service starts at 4 p.m., followed by a reception with complimentary food. The entire community is invited to attend this moving service. Loving Choices group meets in PTC
GraceLife Ministries at First Baptist Church in Peachtree City offers a women’s support group, Loving Choices, which meets on Thursday nights from 7-8:30 p.m. The group is free, is open to women of all ages, and provides free childcare. GraceLife Support groups are for those who struggle with or who are in recovery from grief, anger, alcohol, drug and sexual addictions. The church currently offers Men’s Freedom from addictions, Grief Share, and Loving Choices. Groups meet at First Baptist Church Peachtree City, 208 Willowbend Rd., Thursday nights from 7-8:30 p.m. For more information, call 770-487-8133.

Inman will bless animals
A service for the Blessing of Animals will be held at Inman United Methodist Church Saturday, April 25, at 11 a.m. In the event of rain, the blessing will be held Saturday, May 2.

New Hope plans musical treasure hunt
New Hope Baptist Church, both north and south campuses, will offer a musical treasure hunt featuring clowns, choir, orchestra and drama, on Sunday, April 26 at 9:15 a.m. (south) and 10:55 a.m. (north). Inman seeking donations for project
Inman United Methodist Church is seeking “stockholders” for donations to its upcoming service project, helping needy families in a specific area of Appalachia. Open Word to host banquet
