Vanita Dolores "Dee" Martin Arnold, 76, Macon, died March 24, 2009. She was born in Athens, the daughter of the late Jack and Mary Ann Hardy Martin. She lived in Macon for 50 years and was legal secretary prior to her illness. Services were at the Sexton's House at Oconee Hill Cemetery, Athens. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Edwin E. Arnold, Macon; daughters, Deb and Bob Miller, Statesboro, and Lori and Rich Eagleson, Peachtree City; grandchildren, Kate and Jenny Miller, Trevor, Brandon and Megan Eagleson; and caregiver, Brenda Watts. Memorial donations may be given to Heartland Hospice, 115 Arkwright Landing, Macon, GA 31210. Snows Memorial Chapel, Macon was in charge.
