The Fayette County (23-1) and Starr’s Mill (12-14) varsity boys basketball teams have battled on the court twice this year and the Tigers, ranked fifth in AAAAA, have had the edge, winning both games by six points. Tonight, the two teams will meet for a chance to advance to the region 4-AAAAA final with the winner of this game getting a home game to start the AAAAA playoffs. The game will start at 7:30 p.m. at Mundy’s Mill High School.
