Marilyn M. Charvat, 74, died March 11, 2009. Services will be held at a later date at the Oconee Memorial Cemetery, Athens, Ga. Survivors include a son, Robert and Melanie Charvat; daughters, Theresa and Joe Powell, and Cindy Morton; grandchildren, Olivia Powell, Julia Powell, Broughton Powell, Melissa Charvat, Caleb Charvat, J. T. Charvat, and Matt Kandick; and brother, William Morton, Fayetteville. Elliott Sons Funeral home, Augusta, was in charge.
