William Delma Morrow, 59, Whitesburg, died March 7, 2009. He was born June 22, 1949 in Newnan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie D. and Frances Keith Morrow, and a son, Nathan D. Morrow. He served in the Army 173rd Air Brigade during Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, The American Legion and the Order of the Purple Cross.

Memorial services were at the Sonrise Baptist Church, Newnan, with Pastor Billy Robbins officiating. Survivors include his children, Trissa Philmon, Macon, Justin Morrow, Sharpsburg, and Clayton Morrow, Buford; grandchildren, Caleigh Philmon, and Dakota Philmon; and siblings, Albert Morrow, and Joe Morrow. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge.
