The McDonough Road Baptist Church will host a free “Spring Fling” Saturday, March 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the front lawn of the church.

A cup cake walk, egg relay, sack race, craft table, face painting, and Mr. Pins the balloon sculpting clown are among the many activities scheduled.

A Fayette County fire truck will be on display, and the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office will sponsor the EZ Child Identification booth. The Chick-fil-A cow will also appear. Hot dogs will be served.

“We think our Spring Fling will be a lot of fun, and will also be a service to the community,” said David L. Chancey, pastor.

The church is at 352 McDonough Road, just past the department of drivers’ safety building, just three miles from the courthouse. Call 770-460-5423 for more information.
