James and Linda Bean of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to Justin Bradley Brown, son of Chuck and Patricia Brown, also of Fayetteville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Milton and Janelle Bowen of Peachtree City. She is a 2004 graduate of Fayette County High School and currently is a nursing student at Griffin Technical College where she will obtain her L.P.N in 2009. After graduation she will go on to acquire her B.S.N. as a registered nurse.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Julia F. Brown and the late William Beasley Brown of Fairburn. He is a 2003 graduate of Fayette County High School and currently is employed by Manheim of Atlanta.

An outdoor wedding is planned for Oct. 9, 2010, on Lake Sinclair. The couple will honeymoon in the St. Lucia Islands.
