Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Rebecca) Crews of Rome announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lee Crews, to Harrell (Hal) Edward Davis Jr., son of Mr. Harrell Davis Sr. of Brooks, and Mr. and Mrs. Roland (Teresa) Ivey of Fayetteville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Julia Crews, the late Thomas Crews Sr., Mrs. Betty Wollstein, and the late Leo Wollstein Sr., all of Rome. She is a 2001 graduate of Darlington School in Rome and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Tech, attaining her bachelor of science in management. She currently works in the corporate office of InterContinental Hotels in Atlanta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edward (Martha Anne Davis), the late Jeanette Davis, Mrs. Amelia Register, and the late Herbert Register, all of Fayetteville. He is a 2000 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2004 graduate of Georgia Tech, with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. He is employed by Doosan-Babcock Energy in Atlanta as a project manager.

The wedding will be Saturday May 2, 2009, in Morris Chapel at Darlington School in Rome. A reception will follow at the Forrest Place in Rome.
