Hopewell United Methodist Women will hold a fashion show and luncheon Saturday, March 21, at noon, to benefit Relay for Life, an annual community event that honors cancer survivors, remembers those who have died, and raises funds for cancer research.

“This unique fashion show will feature outfits that are so special they defy description,” a spokesperson said. “The hours of work and care put into the design of these fashions will be evident the moment they hit the runway. These fashions are exclusive to Hopewell UMC and won’t be shown anywhere else in the State of Georgia. All ages and genders will find something that will appeal to their taste and sense of style. Thus, women, men and children are all encouraged to attend.”

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12 and can be obtained at the church or from any member of the women’s organization. Seating is limited and early ticket purchase is advised.

Tables at the luncheon will each have a particular theme and will be decorated accordingly. Each table will have a hostess. The luncheon menu will consist of London broil, creamed potatoes, green beans, mixed green salad, rolls, beverage, and apple crisp dessert.

For more information, or to purchase tickets, contact the church, 770-306-7537.

Hopewell is at 351 Jenkins Rd., in Tyrone, directly across from Sandy Creek High School.
