The Newberry College Singers and Madrigals will perform a free concert at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, Sunday March 8, at 6 p.m. An error in the news release from Newberry which ran last week gave the wrong date and time.

The theme of this year’s tour is “Transformation,” and will feature choral music organized around the ideas of musical and spiritual change. Each concert will present choral masterworks from over four centuries of musical history.

“This concert is full of exciting music for everyone,” said Dr. Chuck Neufeld, conductor of Newberry College Singers. “The pieces that we will perform represent transformation in many interesting ways.”

The church is on the corner of Ga. Highway 54 and Peachtree Parkway.
