Leon and Charlotte Knowles of Fayetteville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on March 12, 2009. They have been members of Fayettevile First Baptist Church for more than 40 years. Mr. Knowles is a retired civil service worker and Mrs. Knowles is a retired nursery worker.
