Herbert Edward Thrailkill Jr., 61, Fayetteville, died on Feb. 14, 2009. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was the vice president of Atlas Fence Company, Inc., and Atlas Enterprises, Inc. He enjoyed history, cooking, photography and driving around in his 1969 Jaguar. Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Thrailkill, Fayetteville; and parents, Herbert Edward and Jane Thrailkill Sr. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
