Cathy Lorraine Mendenhall McNaughton, 54, Sharpsburg, died Feb. 15, 2009. She was born July 30, 1954 in Fort Bragg, N. C. She worked with Delta Airlines for over 30 years and was an advocate for the March of Dimes. After her retirement, she recently accepted a position at Edward Jones. She was known for her outgoing personality and was loved by all who knew her. Services were at the First Presbyterian Church, Peachtree City with interment at East Lawn Memorial Park, McDonough.

Survivors include her mother, Virginia Blackmer; children, Heather Mendenhall, and Michelle Mendenhall; sisters, Debbie Chastain, Sharon Mack, Peggy Chancey, Linda Mascarenhas, and Terri Blackmer; and former husband, Gary Mendenhall, to whom she was married for 21 years. Memorial donations may be made to your local women's shelter. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
