Mrs. Rebecca Kimsey of Fayetteville announces the engagement of her daughter, Mary Grace Kimsey, to Benjamin August Richter, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Richter of Dallas, Texas.

The bride-to-be also is the daughter of the late Timothy Kimsey. She is a 2005 graduate of Landmark Christian School and currently is completing a bachelor’s degree in theology from the University of Mobile where she will graduate in May of 2009.

The groom-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and real estate. He is the worship director of the Backlot Service at Briarlake Baptist Church in Decatur.

The wedding will take place on May 30, 2009 in Decatur.

Following the honeymoon, the couple will reside in Decatur.
