New faces in new places in local real estateTue, 02/07/2006 - 3:37pm

• Robbie Deal has joined Century 21 Southern Crescent as a sales associate. He comes to the firm after more than a decade in the transportation industry, time spent in the NASCAR racing world, and eight years in the Air Force and defense industry. He and his wife Naomi live in Clayton County. The both enjoy traveling, can often be found at a race track on Saturday evenings, and enjoy motorcycles and golf. • Chuck Guice has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta All Stars in Fayetteville. He graduated from Fayette County High School and obtained an Associate of Arts degree at Clayton College and State University in 1997. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, he worked as a staff accountant with such companies as 11 Alive and H&R Commercial Flooring. Guice joins his mother, Pat Lovell, associate broker with RE/MAX Around Atlanta All Stars. He lives in Fayetteville and is a member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis. He currently plays in the ALTA and USTA leagues. • Rena Jalil is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Jalil, who received her real estate training through the Gaddy School, SRES, and MDC, has been in real estate for three years and is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Her business background includes serving as project manager for GTE/Verizon Inter-Access Negotiation and as assistant executive chairman and officer of the Value at Risk Analysis Group. Jalil lives in Fayette County with her husband, Asif Jalil, who is a vice president and managing director of corporate finance, and two children: Logan, 4, and Matthew, 2. They are members of Grace United Methodist Church. • Laura Mehl has joined the Prudential Georgia Realty sales team. She is based out of the new Fayetteville office. Originally from Tampa, Mehl is a graduate of the University of South Florida. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. When not assisting clients with their real estate needs, she enjoys teaching Sunday school at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and volunteering in the sports programs at both Starr’s Mill High School and Rising Starr Middle School. • Ileanne Price is now among the full-time real estate professionals at The Home Source General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is a native of Columbia where she was a dental and orthodontics professional. Price and her husband, an electrical engineer, and young daughter are residents of Fayetteville. She is a member of the Fayette County and Metro South Boards of Realtors. She will be among the Realtors at the company's new Fayetteville office when it opens in the spring. login to post comments |
