Stephen Walker, a Fayette County resident and top-producing Realtor with Prudential Georgia Realty, was featured on the January 2006 cover of Broker-Agent Magazine as the Broker-Agent of the Month. The cover story is an intimate interview with Stephen Walker, including his life and business philosophies as well as what has influenced him to become one of the top-producing real estate professionals in the region.

Walker was the top-producing individual agent for the Prudential Fayetteville office in 2005. In 2004, his real estate sales earned Stephen a coveted spot in Prudential Real Estate Affiliate’s President’s Circle, an honor achieved by less than 10 percent of the more than 58,000 Prudential real estate agents in North America. In addition, he made Prudential Georgia Realty’s coveted Top 50 Sales Associates list for the first time in 2004, debuting at #37 out of 1,200 agents with the company.

From 2002-2004, Stephen was the top listing and selling agent in his office, while at the Peachtree City branch, and the top listing and selling agent in 2005 after his move to the firm’s new Fayetteville office. He has also achieved numerous real estate designations, including, ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN, and SRES, all of which just help him be a better and more effective Realtor for his clients as he stays on top of the latest industry trends.

In addition to his top sales performance, this husband and father of two young daughters is also involved in giving back to both his profession and the community. In 2004, he served as president of the Fayette Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) chapter, the first man ever to hold this position for the Fayette chapter. In 2006, he will be chairing the Budget and Finance for WCR at the state level and will serve as Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Two years ago, Stephen was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

In the community, he is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Fayette County and Christ’s Church at Whitewater, where he participates in the church choir.
