Tom Tomlin is the new PHH Mortgage financial services representative in Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City/Fayette County office.
Tomlin will work primarily with customers in the area served by Coldwell Banker Bullard’s Peachtree City/Fayette County and Newnan/Coweta County offices, providing services in conventional, government, and specialized financing; relocation loans, and construction lending, as well as special credit solutions. The mortgage company also has FSRs in Coldwell Banker Bullard’s Jonesboro/Clayton County and McDonough/Henry County locations. In addition to the representatives in the Peachtree City, Jonesboro and McDonough offices, PHH Mortgage provides phone-in, call-in services for the rest of Coldwell Banker Bullard’s offices, including Griffin/Spalding County, Jackson/Butts County, and Conyers/Rockdale County, as well as the affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. Tomlin pointed out that while three financial services representatives have their offices in Coldwell Banker Bullard locations, the PHH Mortgage services are available not only to the real estate firm’s clients, but to any qualified person needing a mortgage loan. Coldwell Banker Bullard’s Peachtree City/Fayette County office is located at 1968-A Hwy. 54 West, Fayetteville (just east of the Peachtree City limits), and the PHH Mortgage telephone number there is (770) 487-1929. Tomlin grew up in Fitzgerald, received a BBA from the University of Georgia, and then came to the Atlanta area. He has been in the mortgage loan business since 1969, and he said that he has worked with the Bullard organization on mortgage loans since his early years in the industry. Tomlin was with Pine State Securities for 19 years, running the company’s office in the College Park area, and he recently retired from Wachovia/SouthTrust following 16 years with that organization. He and his wife Babs, a retired school teacher, have lived in Fayette County since 1972 and currently reside in Peachtree City. PHH Mortgage is one of the country’s largest mortgage originators. A full service lender, the company provides home financing in all 50 states, offering conventional, jumbo, FHA and VA loans, and credit solutions. login to post comments |
