Brayson Homes will give new home buyers a one percent instant rebate on the total price of a new home effective immediately, according to Brayson's director of marketing, Amy Hughes.

A coupon for the rebate, called Net Cash, is available on the company's Web site at www.BraysonHomes.com.

"This is a very appealing, dollars and cents incentive for new home buyers to visit Brayson new home communities," Hughes said. "Once they do, we think they will see the kind of quality and value that is built into each Brayson home. Now these savvy online shoppers can receive an instant reward when they make a direct purchase."

To receive the rebate, home buyers must print the coupon and present it to a Brayson new home advisor on the first visit to any Brayson Homes community. The completed coupon must accompany the contract agreement for the home purchase. The rebate is subtracted from the total purchase price of the home at the time of contract.
