Steve Bayliss, managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty Jonesboro/Clayton County office, was the guest speaker for the February breakfast meeting of the Coweta Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, Feb. 2 at the White Oak Country Club.

Bayliss presented a program on time management and organization. He also gave a brief informal quiz to help the Realtors access if they were more right-brain or left-brain dominated. He then presented tips to help each personality type better manage their time and become more organized to increase productivity.

An update on the chapter's two upcoming fundraisers was given at the meeting. A golf tournament is planned for Friday, April 21, to be held at the White Oak golf course. Anyone interested in participating in the day of golf can call any WCR member for more information. A drawing for a Harley-Davidson 2006 Ultra Classic will take place at the golf tournament. Tickets for the drawing are $10.00 each and can be obtained from Linda Murphy (404-843-2500), Linda Mitchell (770-254-0079) or any WCR member.

The winner does not have to be present for the drawing. Proceeds from both of these fundraisers will benefit the Coweta County Senior Center, the Community Welcome House shelter for domestic abuse victims, and the YMCA at the Summit.

"This is our way of giving back to the community that supports our livelihood," said WCR member Sandra Cenkner.
