A large crowd was on hand recently when Coldwell Banker American Land Mart of Conyers held its 12th annual Builder/Developer Appreciation Christmas Luncheon. This year’s event was at the Smyrna Presbyterian Church Dining Hall in Conyers.

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart Managing Broker Rick Schlosser welcomed those in attendance, then introduced former ALM owner and current Associate Broker Alton Housworth Jr., who was the originator of the annual event, and Steve Bullard, president and owner of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and Coldwell Banker American Land Mart.

Introduced by the Coldwell Banker American Land Mart sales teams were supporting sales agents and other team members; the developers of the communities they represent; and the builders in those commnunities.

Housworth, who with Gerald Shepard owns Prime Home Properties, a major developer in the East Metro area, said, “I told Steve when he bought the company that this is the best group of builders, developers and agents he will find in the Metro Atlanta area.” Housworth said Schlosser is doing a marvelous job running the company on a day-to-day basis.

Bullard thanked Housworth and all the ALM agents, as well as Schlosser, for doing an outstanding job. “The year 2005 was a good year, and 2006 will be even better,” he said.

In what has become a yearly tradition of helping local nonprofit organizations during the Christmas season, Bullard and Housworth presented contributions from ALM to the Rockdale County Emergency Relief Fund/Food Bank and the Rockdale Council for the Arts.
