Graduating from a recent intensive training prospecting course at Century 21 Scarbrough Properites known as The Grid include Robin Mann, Faizal Supariwala, Brenda Hill, Will Rippeto, Ramona Frey, Cecilia Taylor, Polly Garlington, Sandra Cruder, Ethel Moore, Fred Taylor, Andrea Epps and Gary Clevenger.

Managing Broker Beth Johnson instructed the four-week class focusing on prospecting skills. Other instructional topics included were goal-setting, client follow-up techniques, organization skills, and time management systems.

“The purpose of the training is two-fold: to provide a higher level of service to our clients, and increase productivity among our agents,” said Johnson.

Based on points received during the workshop, Robin Mann was the Grand Winner. Weekly winners were as follows: Week 1 – Polly Garlington; Week 2 – Robin Mann; Week 3 – Robin Mann.
