Gramm & Associates, Inc., was founded 25 years ago and handles all areas of real estate including general re-sales, commercial, land, lot sales and new home marketing and sales. Over the years the company has maintained a steady, constant growth which continues today.

Currently located in Stockbridge, the corporate headquarters is preparing for its move southward to McDonough, which it has called home once before. The company will be relocating to a beautiful, two-story brick building situated in the Heritage Business Park located off Highway 81 in the heart of the growing city.

With business throughout the Metro Atlanta Area being successful, efforts were made in 2002 to expand into the Carolinas. Gramm’s & Associates Carolina Division, named Gramm Representatives, was created and the first office in Charlotte was opened. As is the case in Georgia, the Carolina office has outgrown its current office space due to exciting growth and will be moving into a new location. Gramm & Associates, Inc. was founded by Marilyn Gramm 25 years ago as the Broker and she began by pioneering the Southern Crescent and surrounding Atlanta Metro areas.
