Gramm & Associates, Inc. Wins Greater Atlanta HBA Professionalism Awards

Gramm & Associates, Inc., a full-service real estate development and marketing company specializing in new home communities, received awards at the 2005 Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Professionalism Awards banquet.

Herbert Shaw, the community sales manager for Gramm & Associates’ Georgia communities, received the Silver Award for Sales Manager of the Year. Herbert began working with Gramm in 2001. His background in real estate has gained him much knowledge and experience in the new home industry as he has been involved in real estate and new homes for the past 12 years. As Community Sales Manager, he leads the sales team and works closely with on-site agents to ensure the smooth operation of the new home communities.

“Herbert is one of the best I’ve seen for generating motivation and leading his sales team to produce. His overall attitude for the job is contagious,” said Rhonda Gailey, broker of Gramm & Associates, “which affirms the reason he was awarded this Professionalism Award.”

Rhonda Smith, named the Gold Winner as Rookie Salesperson of the Year for 2005, is a full-time licensed real estate professional with Gramm & Associates, Inc. Rhonda Gailey spoke of Rhonda Smith saying, “Rhonda has a very outgoing personality. She is proactive, self-motivated and is a tremendous team player wither fellow sales associates.” She was born in Atlanta and has lived within the metro area all her life.
