Clayton State to Host South Metro Development Outlook Conference, Feb. 10

What will President Obama’s Economic Stimulus plan mean to south metropolitan Atlanta and beyond? This will be one of the key topics at the Seventh Annual South Metro Development Outlook Conference to be held on Tuesday, Feb. 10, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Activities Center at Clayton State.  

Conference attendees will receive invaluable information about development trends and opportunities, economic forecasting and solutions, and sustainability, during General and Planning sessions. The general sessions feature the following topics: 2009 Economic and Real Estate Trends and Challenges, Sustainability in South Metro; and Stimulus Packages, Monetary Policy and Credit. There will be a special session for planning and economic officials entitled Development Opportunities in South Metro. Additionally, conference hosts will present the prestigious 2009 Outlook Development Award of Excellence highlighting key development projects in South Metro.
