Alison Brooke Smucker, daughter of Capt. Kendal and Cyndi Smucker, recently received the Sacrament of Holy Baptism at Christ the King Church during a Sunday morning service. The Most Rev. David Epps conducted the service. Alison’s father is on active duty with the United States Army and the family currently resides in Orlando, Fla. Smucker is a former police officer with Peachtree City and, when not serving their country, the family resides in Newnan.Also present for the service were Allison’s sister, Lorelei, and her maternal grandparents, Duke and Jane Davis of Newnan.
