Sheila Smith Gable of Fayetteville and Stevan R. Crawford of Newnan announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Lauren Crawford, to Klint John Gable, son of Deede and Kirk Gable of Douglasville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Dot Smith and the late Virlyn B. Smith Sr. of Fairburn, Frances and Douglas H. Crawford Sr. also of Fairburn, and Nancy Kalmann of Newnan. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia where she earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She is currently employed as a designer for Ethan Allen Home Interiors in Atlanta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Delores and John McCoy of Douglasville, and Sue and James Gable, also of Douglasville. Since graduating from Landmark Christian School he has been employed as an electrician at PEG Electric in Fairburn.

A wedding at Fairburn First Baptist Church is planned for Saturday, April 25, 2009. A reception will follow at The Biltmore Hotel in Atlanta. Following a honeymoon in Playa Mujeres Mexico, the couple will reside in Newnan.
