Frances Murphy, 81, Fayetteville, died Jan. 6, 2009. Services were at Liberty Baptist Church, Fayetteville, with the Rev. Dr. Randy Wood officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville.

Survivors include her husband, William Murphy, Fayetteville; a son, William T. Murphy, McDonough; daughters, Linda Gail and Scott Gilbert, Sandy Springs, Brenda Lee and Pete Wacker, Monroe, and Becky Lynn and Herby Fairman, Coral Springs, Fla.; grandchildren, Melissa, Marla, Wendi, Teresa, Timmy, Alana, Michaela, Cole, Alysha, Jesse, and Pete; and a sister, Annie Mae Rolt, Thomasville. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
