Gary Woodrow Conger, Tyrone, died Jan. 7, 2009. He was born July 27, 1937 in Fulton County. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Scott Pickering officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill Memorial Park, Fairburn.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Conger, Tyrone; sons, Woody and Lori Conger, Tyrone, and Rick and Judy Conger, Sharpsburg; a daughter, Dottie and Jack Wolfe, Tyrone; grandchildren, Christen Wolfe, Casey Wolfe, Katherine Conger and Kelsey Conger, all of Tyrone; and brothers-in-law, Fred B. Sullivan, Tyrone, and Michael R. Sullivan, McDonough. Memorial donations may be given to the Hopewell United Methodist Church Building Fund, 351 Jenkins Rd., Tyrone, GA 30290. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
