Susie "Catherine" Morgan Brown, 94, Roswell, died Jan. 8, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Morgan, and a son, Skipper Morgan.

Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Hughes officiating. Interment was at Lisbon Baptist Church cemetery, Fayetteville. Survivors include daughters, Myra and Mark Stathes, La Miranda, Calif., Pat and Coy Barnes, Roswell, and Gail and David Blakely, Rex; a daughter-in-law, Janet Morgan, Fayetteville; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
