Tara Elizabeth Brazeale and Timothy Jarrett O’Donnell were married at The Catholic Church of Saint Gabriel on June 21, 2008.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Brazeale of Brooks. She is a graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and received her bachelor’s degree in business at Georgia State University. She currently works for Allianz Aviation Managers while attending Georgia State University on a pre-veterinary tract.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy O’Donnell of Douglasville. He is a graduate of Alexander High School and received his bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance. He is a marketing representative for EMC Insurance Company.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a strapless champagne silk dupioni gown with a lace covered sweetheart neckline and a Spanish lace cathedral veil. She carried a bouquet of peonies, delphiniums, bells of Ireland, and brown berries.

Danielle Pacho Tejada of Peachtree City and Stephanie Brazeale Cortez, the bride’s sister, of El Campo, Texas, served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Meg Speers of Arcadia, Fla., the groom’s sister; Leah Hyde of Dothan, Ala; Jenny Sciullo of Peachtree City; and Michelle Landry of Atlanta. The flower girls were the bride’s nieces, Makenzie and Madisyn Cortez of El Campo, Texas.

Scott Layson of Atlanta served as best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s cousin, Tim and Kerry Barthel of St. Michael, Minn.; the bride’s brother, Daniel Brazeale of Atlanta; and close friends Drew Rhoades of Alpharetta, Michael Zell of Duluth, and Dave Gray of Atlanta. The ring bearer was Noah Hyde of Dothan, Ala, the groom’s nephew. The ushers were Brent and Bryan Holland of St. Michael, Minn., cousins of the groom.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at the bride’s parents’ house in Brooks.

Mr. and Mrs. O’Donnell vacationed to St. Lucia for their honeymoon and now reside in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta.
