Richard Earl Klopp, 79, Newnan, died Dec. 24, 2008. He was born Dec. 14, 1929 in Wichita, Kan., son of the late William Milo and Viola Lamb Klopp. Memorial services are planned for later. Survivors include a son, Kevin Klopp; and daughters, Robin Hahn, and Lisa Kepple. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge.
