Ronald A. Arnt, Newnan, died Dec. 24, 2008. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Vietnam war. He was a member of the American Legion and V.F.W. Post #1137, Men's Auxiliary. A Mass of Resurrection was held at St. Matthew Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Dick Morrow, Principal Celebrant. Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery, Newnan.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann Arnt, Newnan; a son, Christopher Allen and Tracy Arnt, Ringgold; a daughter, Danielle Elizabeth Arnt, and her husband, Howard, Cartersville; grandchildren, Logan and Madison Arnt; father-in-law, Tony Mollo, Peachtree City; and sisters Diana and Bob Williams, and Jan and Duane Avery, all of Benton Harbor, Mich. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
