State Bank of Georgia board of directors announce promotionsTue, 12/30/2008 - 4:38pm

State Bank of Georgia’s Board of Directors approved the promotions of three staff members at their regularly scheduled meeting recently. Eileen Kempf and Lydia Morris were promoted to Senior Vice President. Michelle Thill was promoted to Banking Officer. Kempf is the senior operations officer of the bank with responsibility for risk management in the areas of compliance, bank secrecy act, bank security and information technology. Her banking career spans 25 years. Lydia Morris is the senior retail banking manager for the bank with responsibility for retail banking, marketing, business development and public relations. Her career spans 34 years. Michelle Thill will be responsible for the bank’s loan operations area. She has been in banking for seven years. “I am delighted our Board of Directors recognized the hard work and dedication of these employees. They are very deserving of these promotions” stated President Jerry Stapleton. “They will serve as the foundation of Georgia’s next greatest bank, State Bank of Georgia”. login to post comments |
