Fayetteville Police are not saying much about child pornography found on a computer being serviced at Best Buy except that they are investigating the matter.

A technician at the store Dec. 24 was working on the computer that had been dropped off for servicing when the child pornography was found, according to Fayetteville Police spokesperson Glenn Askew.

A Best Buy representative contacted police and the computer was seized. The nature and quantity of material found on the computer has not been released.

Askew said he could not comment further on the contents of the computer, saying only that the matter is under investigation.
