Carol Maffucci Citrano, 69, Newnan, died Dec. 21, 2008. She was born May 15, 1939 in Brooklyn, N. Y., to the late Thomas and Rose Maffucci. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church. A funeral mass was held with the Rev. Father Austin Fogarty officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Salvatore Citrano, Newnan; a brother, Gary Maffucci, Kentucky; children, Donna Sarluca, and Thomas Citrano, both of New York, Frank Citrano, Georgia; grandchildren, Frank Citrano, Florida, and Vanessa Wilde and Thomas Barry, both of New York; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Adrianna. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge.
