The South Metro Ministries Celebration Choir will present a free performance of “The Perfect Tree” on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 9:15 and 11 a.m. in the sanctuary.

The Christmas musical features traditional carols, contemporary praise and worship and soulful gospel sounds.

Music pastor Zach Speegle says, “This is an event for the community that the whole family can enjoy. Some of our best vocalists will solo on songs like ‘Mary Did You Know.’’’

The musical is narrated by Don Harris.

“In under an hour, ‘The Perfect Tree’ expresses not just the joy of Christmas, but also the fullness of the Christmas message,” continues Speegle.

Earlier that morning, the 8 a.m. service will include Christmas worship with carols and a special message from Pastor Allan Mathura.

Other services during the week surrounding Christmas will be held at 8, 9:15 and 11 a.m. on Dec. 21 and 28.

South Metro Ministries is at 3935 Hwy. 34 East, Sharpsburg. For details or directions call 770-251-3777 or visit southmetroministries.com.
