Holy Trinity choirs to present concert
On Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 5 p.m., the Young Voices Singers, a children’s choir at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, will present “Prepare the Way,” a children’s concert. On Saturday, Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m., the Holy Trinity Adult Choir will present Handel’s “Messiah,” featuring choirs, soloists and organ. Holy Trinity is on the corner of Ga. Hwy. 54 and Walt Banks Road, next to McIntosh High School.

Book Fair to support B’nai Israel
Barnes & Noble in Fayetteville will host a Book Fair Friday, Dec. 12, at 6 p.m., with proceeds going to Congregation B’nai Israel. The event will be at the Barnes & Noble location at Fayetteville Square, 1415 Ga. Hwy. 85 North.

Drive-thru Nativity planned for Dec. 12 & 13
The Fayetteville First Baptist Church will have a free Drive-thru Nativity Friday and Saturday, Dec. 12 and 13, from 7 - 9 p.m. Families may drive their vehicles through a canopy of lights with rows of luminaries showing angels, shepherds, a manger scene, live music and a wise men’s camp. Each vehicle will receive a CD with music and narration to follow the tour. The entrance will be from Stonewall Avenue.

No. Fayette offers free Breakfast With Santa
North Fayette United Methodist Church will offer a free breakfast and photo with Santa Saturday, Dec. 13, beginning at 9 a.m. A free pancake breakfast will be served from 9 - 10:30 a.m. and Santa will visit from 10-11:30 a.m. Children of all ages are welcome. The event is sponsored by North Fayette UMC Methodist Men’s group, IHOP, Kroger and Publix. The church is at 847 New Hope Rd., on the SE corner of Kenwood and New Hope. Hopewell UMC plans Christmas events
Hopewell UMC will present its Christmas Cantata at the 11 a.m. service on Sunday, Dec. 14. First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City will present “The Wonders Of Christmas,” a concert with full orchestra, choir and praise band, on Sunday, Dec. 14, at 6:30 p.m. Other musicians from the surrounding community also will participate. On Dec. 17, The children’s ministry will perform a musical, “The Shepherd’s Story” in the sanctuary following a family Christmas dinner.
