Online Driver's License Renewal/ Georgia Dept of Driver services

Online drivers licence renewal (https://online.dds.ga.gov/licenserenewal/RINEntry.aspx)does not have the drop down box for DAY field. It does give you the drop down selection for the YEAR. How are we supposed to renew online if site is so poorly managed and quality controlled?
I am so surprised that no body cared to even see that customers cannot even enter Exam Date, a required field.
