The Joseph Sams School Parent Teacher Organization will host a Book Fair at Uptown Square Fayetteville Barnes and Noble Tuesday, December 2 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A percentage of all purchases made at Barnes and Noble during the Book Fair will benefit the Joseph Sams School and the Parent Teacher Association. Shoppers simply need to mention the school to the cashier when checking out. Book Fair activities include story time in the children’s department at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, a Chime Choir performance by Joseph Sams students at 6:00 pm in the Starbucks Café and background music by siblings of Joseph Sams students, as well as a display of artwork from the school. Stacey Caldwell, Co-chair of the Parent Teacher Organization, promises an enjoyable time for all who come to “Shop for a Cause” at the Book Fair. “This is a wonderful opportunity to bring your family to Barnes and Noble for the evening, be entertained, do some early holiday shopping, plus benefit a worthy cause. Many of our students and their parents will be attending and participating in this fundraising event, so it’s also a chance to meet them and learn more about the Joseph Sams School and its many services for our local community and greater Atlanta.” The Fayetteville Barnes and Noble is located at 1415 Highway 85 North, Suite 200 in the Uptown Square Shopping Center in Fayetteville. For more information, please contact Stacey Caldwell at 770-461-0175.
