A number of homes in Peachtree City had reduced water flow earlier today as crews worked to repair a line on Golfview Drive, officials said.

The pressure reduction was used instead of completely cutting off residents from water service, said Lisa Quick of the Fayette County Water System.

Crews also had to open up a water hydrant on Flat Creek Road as part of the repair.

All repairs are complete and residents should be back up to their normal water pressure, Quick said.
