I have to agree with Cal Beverly. I do not understand why this is being considered despite public outcry to leave this issue alone.

I have spoken with several neighbors here in SummerBrooke and cannot figure out why this is urgent to council.

I also agree with Cal about removing all that vote yes for this franchise. I expect Mr. Logsdon to excuse himself from voting since Mr. McMullen has publicly expressed he is for this franchise. Since they are business partners, he cannot represent in the best interest of the public. Ethically, you need to abstain from voting.
