Ms. Nancy Swanagan of Fayetteville and Jeffery Swanagan of Dublin, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Marie, to Harold Anthony (A.J.) Blizzard Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Blizzard Sr., also of Fayetteville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otho Perkins of Columbus, Ohio, and the late Jeff Swanagan and Marian Jean VanPelt of Ohio. She is a 2006 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2008 graduate of Gordon College where she received an associate’s degree in business. She currently attends Georgia State University where she is majoring in hospitality. She is employed with Happy Times Dog Boarding in Peachtree City.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Arvill Blizzard of Jonesboro, the late Agnes Blizzard of Jonesboro, and the late Delores and Raymond Wood of Fayetteville. He is a 2005 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and currently attends Full Sail College where he is majoring in entertainment business. He is employed as a traffic coordinator for Transfreight in Newnan,

The wedding will be in late November at the Fayetteville Church of Christ. After a honeymoon cruise in the Caribbean, the couple will reside in Atlanta.
