Morgan Elizabeth Cawthorne from Sharpsburg, Ga. has been named a United States National Award Winner in mathematics by the United States Achievement Academy. Cawthorne, who attends East Coweta Middle School, was nominated for this national award by Ms. Paige Fant, a teacher at the school. Cawthorne is the daughter of Bill and Lynn Cawthorne and the granddaughter of Nell Stewart and Bill and Elinor Cawthorne all of Sharpsburg and Ms. Tutt Larsen of Peachtree City.
