At Lee Middle School

     Extra off-site parking and shuttle buses to Garland Shoemake Stadium will be offered for the East Coweta-Newnan game this Friday, November 7.

     East Coweta High School and Newnan High School fans can park at Lee Middle School, on Willis Road, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening.

     Shuttle buses to the East Coweta campus will be run regularly from Lee Middle beginning at 5:30 p.m. Return shuttle service will be offered from East Coweta’s stadium starting after half-time and throughout the evening. Law enforcement officers will provide security at the site.

     Tickets to the game are $7, and will be available at the parking site as well as at the gate, to reduce waiting.

     Limited parking will be available on the East Coweta campus Friday night, but overflow parking along Georgia Highway 154 and McIntosh Trail will be limited this year to improve traffic conditions.

     East Coweta High School is offering the offsite parking at Lee in an attempt to ease traffic congestion and make parking and departure easier for fans. Both schools are urging fans to use the shuttle site for convenience.

     Willis Road is approximately 1 mile north of East Coweta High School’s campus on Georgia Highway 154.  Turn east onto Willis Road from the red light on Highway 154, and Lee is approximately ?-mile on the left.

     The annual rivalry game between the East Coweta Indians and Newnan Cougars is usually the best attended match-up during both teams’ seasons.
