Linda Ratto
Linda Lee Ratto, M. Ed., noted author and educator, will speak at North Fayette United Methodist Church’s Primetimer’s luncheon Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 12:30 p.m.

The focus will be on her book, “Where Dreams Come True,” (a chapter book set in the Amish country). Also, a selection of Ratto’s ten books will be available for signing and purchase after the program.

“Where Dreams Come True” has been translated and a copy given to every fourth grader in Azerbaijan, formerly a part of the Soviet Union. Ratto leads workshops, both nationally and internationally, on how to integrate children with disabilities into the school system so that they may get an education and lead a useful life. Previously, the children in Azerbaijan were institutionalized and given no formal schooling.

For more information or reservations, call Carol McGahee, 770-461-0974, or the church office, 770-461-2409.

Guests are welcome and may bring a Chick-Fil-A carry out or a sack lunch.

North Fayette UMC is at 847 New Hope Road, Fayetteville.
